16: Rivaayat

Cultivating intimate conversations with entrepreneurs, reflecting on the heartbeat of their organization.

In this episode we are joined by the co-founders of Rivaayat – a social enterprise that aims to revive and sustain the age-old art form of Terracotta Pottery by empowering the artisans and making them entrepreneurs. What’s unique about this organization is that it is run by students from the Sri Ram College of Commerce in Delhi, India.  We were joined by Raya, Garv and Ishika who shared about how this enterprise came about; their goal to provide the artisans with a sustainable livelihood and increase their income; the importance of cultivating relationships and developing trust with the artisans; and their goal to have a mark on dying art forms in India.
