Cultivating intimate conversations with entrepreneurs, reflecting on the heartbeat of their organization.

In this episode we are joined by Caryn Maxim, founder of MayaMam Weavers – a cooperative of women in Cajolá, a Mayan town in the western highlands of Guatemala. We hear about the journey that led to the founding of MayaMam; the moments that have made Caryn proud as founder; the ways in which leadership skills have been fostered in the group; and how Caryn would like MayaMam to be remembered.
